The Program Director, a pivotal role in our organization, requires thorough knowledge of various agency processes. The candidate must also be competent and able to plan many different kinds of activities. The candidate must also be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to operate the program, thereby contributing significantly to our mission. This role offers a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth, as you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our programs. Responsibilities:  As a Program Director, you will be a key player in the overall development, strategic planning, and service delivery across multiple site programs.  Your coordination with the Leadership Team will be crucial in ensuring the success of our initiatives.  Work closely with Case Managers and other support staff to build their skills and knowledge of the agency’s policies and program requirements.  Provide assistance and guidance on how to troubleshoot program and staff performance challenges.  Evaluate the efficiency of agency procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.  Provide regular feedback so staff can continuously improve their supervision and mentoring skills.  Create and support a high-performing culture in the program department that is aligned with the agency’s core values of Human Relations, Compassion, Empowerment, and Integrity.  Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.  Generate reports for performance data monthly, quarterly, and annually.  Manage relationships/agreements with external partners.  Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in service-related studies is preferred. However, we also value five years’ experience in leadership, particularly in non-profit and homeless services. Knowledge of government funding grants is also essential. Passion for our agency’s mission and purpose, and the ability to communicate this passion to others, is a must. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, as is the ability to represent the agency externally across various stakeholders and constituencies. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and MIS systems is necessary, as is the ability to complete Enterprise Case-Management – Homeless Management Information System (ECM-HMIS) and CaseWorthy training, and obtain a user license. Work Schedule: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.). However, schedules are flexible depending on responsibilities/needs. Reports to: DCPO
